Replacement - items not received in good condition such as damaged piece or different item than placed order, such requests for replacement should be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the items. The postage cost for return of item will be given as a “Credit” which can be utilized during next purchase. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
Refund against non-delivery (delivery through Shipper):
For delivery of goods through our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the recipient is not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. In case the delivery is not executed at all, the customers are eligible for refund against the non-delivered goods.
In case of multiple products order, if any certain product is not delivered then customer can demand for the refund for non-delivered products.
Refund against cancelled orders:
If you wish to cancel any order after approval and at the time of dispatch, 10% will be chargeable as a part of processing fees. Rest amount will be deducted. This does not apply to CoD order.
Usually it takes 24 hours to 48 hours to transfer the refund money. However, this depends on the customer’s bank. In case of PayPal, it will take 24 hours as per PayPal policy. If the payment is not credited into PayPal account, customer should contact PayPal directly.
